The Vemedia Group announced today that it has reached an agreement with the Damier Group on the acquisition of the Vision Healthcare business by Vemedia Consumer Health.
The Vision Healthcare business is known for its brands Vision, Ecosym, Luuf, Glucadol and Zinolium.

Completion of the transaction is foreseen on 30 September 2016 or shortly thereafter.
